Specializing in TRX® Suspension Training and TRX® Rip Training I have the ability to train you anywhere you would like to train. That means your office, your home, your favorite park or almost any other place you desire to conduct your training. You will not be limited just to the TRX®, I also specialize in cross fit and functions training so you will learn how to use everyday things to meet your fitness needs. We can also go to a traditional fitness studio and conduct a fitness program designed just for you. Personal Training with me will push you past your limits and help you attain the fitness goals you desire.
It is important to remember that children are not miniature adults. You cannot use the same personal training methods or motivational techniques on kids as you do with adults. Specific knowledge of the different anatomical, physiological, and emotional requirements of today's youth are fundamental in addressing the specific needs of kids. As a Certified Youth Fitness trainer and also a father I will show your kids the right way to develop a winning attitude, make them better athletes, and improve their confidence and their self esteem in a fun but challenging environment while teaching them how to prevent injury or causing themselves harm through over training.
